We want you to love your skin and your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your Allies of Skin purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
